- Juan Correa is the Chief Strategist of Global Asset Allocation at BCA Research, where he advises pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices on optimal portfolio construction. BCA Research advises more than 2,000 clients over 70 different countries with over $30 trillion dollar in AUM.

BCA's mandate covers tactical asset allocation (6-18 month view) as well as strategic asset allocation (5-10 year view), covering both liquid and illiquid assets and providing long term capital market assumptions. 

Over the past decade at BCA, Juan's research has covered topics such as the role of geopolitics in asset allocation, how dilution affects long term equity returns, techniques for building capital market assumptions, the interaction between private markets and factor premia, the role of fees in hedge fund performance, and the benefits of gold for multi asset portfolios, among others.

Investment Leadership Team restructure at Aware Super

Aware Super, the A$210 billion Australian superannuation fund has announced a revamped investment structure and leadership team who will report into Simon Warner, Chief Investment Officer, Aware Super.

Simon was appointed to the CIO role in October 2025, and said the changes were the next evolution of the Fund’s investment model and would bring together data, liquidity management, public and private markets, and defensive assets in a more connected operating framework, which would also support a Total Portfolio Approach (TPA) to investing.
