The NZ Super Fund invests Government capital contributions, and the returns, to contribute to the cost of paying superannuation later. The Fund has ~NZ$94 billion in assets under management.

Prior to his promotion, Alex served as Head of Strategic Tilting at NZ Super Fund, having joined the fund in 2009.

State Super (SAS Trustee Corporation) is a New South Wales Government statutory corporation that administers and manages the investments of the State Super defined benefit schemes. State Super is one of Australia's largest superannuation schemes with ~A$38 billion in assets under management over 80,000 members.

Previously, Michael was Chief Executive Officer of First State Super (now Aware Super) for more than 14 years and General Manager of Asset Super for 10 years.
