- Joss Engebretsen is Portfolio Manager of the Barwon Disability Accommodation Fund (BDAF), which he has run since its inception in 2021 and built to approximately A$100 million of gross assets across 13 properties nationally.
Joss' responsibility covers the full investment cycle, originating and underwriting Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) acquisitions, valuation and capital structure, operator selection and asset management, and investor reporting.
