Global Investment Institute congratulates Damien Webb on his appointment to the Chief Investment Officer role at Brighter Super.
Brighter Super is an Australian superannuation fund with ~A$36 billion in assets under management and over 348,000 members.
Most recently, Damien served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Head of International at Aware Super in the UK.
Prior to that, Damien was Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Head of Real Assets at Aware Super, having joined the fund in 2014 as Head of Income and Real Assets. Previously, he held various roles at Perpetual Limited and ING.
Damien holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA and a Master’s Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
