Global Investment Institute congratulates Moana Weir on her promotion to role of Chief Executive Officer at ESSSuper.

ESSSuper is an Australian superannuation fund with ~A$40 billion in assets under management and over 119,000 members.

Most recently, Moana served as Acting Chief Executive Officer at ESSSuper, having joined the fund in 2026.

Prior to that, Moana held various roles at the Office of the Local Jobs First Commissioner, SERV, Bupa, SEEK, REA Group, Melbourne IT Group and Coles Myer Ltd.

Moana holds an Honours Degree in Law from Monash University.
