Global Investment Institute congratulates Pierre-Hedzer Marchi and Josh Phillips on joining Evidentia Group as Head of Quantitative Investments and Senior Asset Consultant, respectively.
Evidentia Group has over A$13 billion in FUM. They are a specialist managed accounts investment management business working with Australia’s leading Private Wealth firms.
Pierre-Hedzer Marchi
In this newly-created role, Pierre will oversee the development and execution of advanced quantitative investment strategies, integrating risk management and data-driven insights into the portfolio construction process. Prior to joining Evidentia Group, Pierre was Head of Quantitative Research at AMP, a role he held for the last five years after first joining AMP Capital as a Quantitative Analyst within AMP Investments in 2016.
Pierre holds a Master of Engineering in Quantitative Finance and Programming from Telecom Bretagne and a Master of Science in Management, Finance, from the Grenoble Ecole de Management.
Josh Phillips
Before joining Evidentia Group, Josh served as Co-Portfolio Manager at Tyndall Asset Management, and before that he was Associate Portfolio Manager – Direct Equities for Aware Super, where he specialised in the ASX Small Cap and ASX Mid Cap portfolios in the Direct Equities investment team.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance from Macquarie University and is a CFA Charterholder, Finance and Investments.
