Global Investment Institute congratulates James Wilson on his appointment as the Senior Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income at Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC).
VFMC is a public authority responsible for investing for the benefit of Victorians. VFMC manage funds of more than A$95 billion for Victoria and 31 Victorian public authorities and related organisations.
Most recently, James served as Senior Portfolio Manager at Jamieson Coote Bonds for nearly four years. Previously, James was a Senior Portfolio Manager, Fixed Interest and Absolute Returns at VFMC. Before that, he held various roles at ANZ.
James holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering, Civil Engineering both from the University of Melbourne.
