Global Investment Institute congratulates Michelle Boucher on her appointment to the role of Group Executive – Transition and Transformation at REI Super.

REI Super is an Australian industry superannuation fund with A$2.3 billion in assets under management and over 50,000 members.

Most recently, Michelle served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at First Super.

Prior to that, she held a number of senior roles over more than eight years at Cbus, most recently as Group Executive – People, Technology and Enablement, having joined the Fund as Executive Manager, Marketing and Communications.

Before that, Michelle was Executive Manager, Organisational Performance at ESSSuper, having previously served for over five years as Executive Manager, Member Relationships and Product Development. Earlier in her career, she spent more than eight years at State Trustees Limited as Senior Manager, Business Development and Marketing.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and a Master of Organisational Leadership from the University of Melbourne.
