Partnerships Executive

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

Global Investment Institute is seeking a highly organised, thoughtful and efficient Partnerships Executive with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail for the newly created role within our growing team.

The Partnerships Executive will support the leadership team across partnerships, sales coordination, and business operations. This role plays a key part in managing outreach to prospective sponsors, coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders, maintaining CRM and pipeline accuracy, and ensuring consistent follow-up across all commercial activity.

This position suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is confident engaging with senior professionals, and has experience in sales support, business development coordination, event sales, or financial services.

Global Investment Institute (GII) is Australia’s leading provider of conferences for capital allocators. We connect institutional investors, family office and private wealth investment leaders with peers and global investment experts to share knowledge and thought leadership in a private, collegiate and discussion-focussed setting, conducted under Chatham House Rule. 

We host private gatherings for investment leaders across three distinct segments: 

  • Institutional 

  • Family Offices 

  • Private Wealth (institutional-scale) 

Each segment has its own series of dedicated events for delegates to connect with peers and we have an unrivalled network of capital allocators who we invite to attend.

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised Partnerships Executive to support the leadership team across partnerships, sales coordination, and operations. You will help manage outreach, schedule meetings, maintain CRM records, and support communication with partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate outreach to prospective partners

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for senior leaders

  • Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity

  • Prepare meeting notes, briefs, proposals, and follow-ups

  • Support email communications and stakeholder engagement

  • Assist with event materials, newsletters, and marketing content

  • Provide general administrative and project support

About You

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Confident written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable engaging with senior professionals

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through

  • Experience in sales support, event sales, or financial services preferred

  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Meetings are well coordinated and documented

  • Pipeline activity is accurately tracked
