Partnerships Executive

Global Investment Institute is seeking a highly organised, thoughtful and efficient Partnerships Executive with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail for the newly created role within our growing team.
The Partnerships Executive will support the leadership team across partnerships, sales coordination, and business operations. This role plays a key part in managing outreach to prospective sponsors, coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders, maintaining CRM and pipeline accuracy, and ensuring consistent follow-up across all commercial activity.
This position suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is confident engaging with senior professionals, and has experience in sales support, business development coordination, event sales, or financial services.

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised Partnerships Executive to support the leadership team across partnerships, sales coordination, and operations. You will help manage outreach, schedule meetings, maintain CRM records, and support communication with partners.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate outreach to prospective partners
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for senior leaders
Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity
Prepare meeting notes, briefs, proposals, and follow-ups
Support email communications and stakeholder engagement
Assist with event materials, newsletters, and marketing content
Provide general administrative and project support
About You
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communication
Comfortable engaging with senior professionals
Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through
Experience in sales support, event sales, or financial services preferred
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

Outreach and follow-ups are consistent and timely
Meetings are well coordinated and documented
Pipeline activity is accurately tracked
Leadership is well supported and able to focus on client relationships
Tasks are completed reliably and to a high standard
